Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

best stem/bar/seatpost combo for a reasonable price

looking for a solid, 31.8, 1 1/8, ~100mm stem and bars. I am liking the deda stems but have no idea about bars. Any recomendations?

also looking at seatposts to jam in my RS2. I have absolutely no idea where to look or what to look for. What are the popular, quality pics that won't break the bank (I am willing to spend cash but not too much)

thanks

Thomson Elite seatpost. Won't cost an arm and a leg and look great.

i have a new FSA OS-115 stem and FSA alloy wing pro bar that i'm really liking. I've never been much a fan of their cranks and other stuff, but the bars in particular are new faves
as for deda my previous favorite bars were some deda 215's which are quite good.

And just FWIW: the Deda 215 bars are exactly the same shape/size as the Newtons (for each variety: ergo, shallow, and deep drop) if you're looking for a 26.0 clamp size.
