Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

FRS Antioxidant drink

anyone try this?

https://laderacyclery.com/itemdetails...gId=39&id=1582

I've been drinking pomegranate juice and green tea but this is being sold at my LBS (Ladera Cyclery) and could be a possible alternate???

Jesus, $20 for a sports drink, now I've seen everything.
I figured "alternatives" were supposed to be cheaper

I think you'd be better off eating some broccoli and drinking some fresh-brewed iced tea with it.

This is better:

It'll make you go super fast as you'll want to reach the end of a race like no other, but you may be dangerously dehydrated by the end.....

I've done emergen-C, and it rocks, that's the only "Anti-Oxidant" drink I use.
