Best Shimano Component Prices?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Best Shimano Component Prices?

I've got an extremely mountainous race coming up. At my geezerly age and lack of winter training miles, I need extra help. I plan to switch from my DA double to a DA triple for the BIG mountain rides.

Who offers the best Shimano component prices and availability? I'm looking for everything it takes to go from a double to a triple -- crankset, FD, front shifter.

I bought an ultegra sl drivetrain (shifters, derailleurs, cassette, chain) last month and looked everywhere for the lowest prices. dura-ace was the same story at both shops.

Colorado cyclist and pro bike kit were the two cheapest I could find. I ended up going with CC just because it was state-side and shipping was probably faster (predictable) although pro bike was probably a bit cheaper.

Overall impression is that PBK has the cheapest prices. But they don't seem to stock 105.
