Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

does the fork have a carbon steerer? I weighed a TCR C3 a while back (exact same frame but I'm unsure about the fork) anyhow the frame was either 1070g or 1170g (can't remember which although I think it was 1170).

But the fork was a real bear, cant remember exactly what it weighed but it was north of 450g. The C3 has an alu steerer though.

As a point of reference, my easton ec90 cut to the same length is 282g!.

However having said all that probably the place where you will most notice the loss of weight os in the wheels, what are you running now?

Actuyally not just wheels but what tires and tubes?

You have to get the weights of each and every component that you're willing to replace, find out how much lighter versions cost and weigh. And then figure out if buying that component is worth it.

According to the website:
Race Face Cadence Crank is 860g or 820g depending on if you have regular or compact
The BB: 99g or 230-250 g depending on which one you have. You probably have the 99g one

You didn't specify which FSA compact crankset you want - there's 8 of them listed but lets say you went with the gossamer (i don't know if it's good) but it's published weight including the BB is 897g.

The fsa gossamer is about $180. You'd lose about 20 grams. Worth it? Not unless you have a regular crank and were wanting to go to compact and you were going to upgrade anyway.

Note that the published weights are usually never exactly right. Any given part is slightly heavier.
