BiB junkies! check this out at Nashbar

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Ok, the W244 code works as of a few minutes ago for additional 10% off already crazy rebated prices.

Just picked up this at Nashbar

Sugoi RS Flex Bib Short Regularly 149.95 for 49.95 before the additional 10%off and also picked up a Canari Commuter Jersey Reg $49.99 for $19.99 before the additional 10%off .

WoW what a deal, and to think I was gonna get a crappy performance centruy II jersey/short combo for a tad bit less.

yeah, I am actually an XL, but from what I have read the sugoi's run a tad small so if you are an XL or bigger Large you should fit them ok.

Otherwise they have them in small.

So either gain weight/mass or lose weight/mass.

LoL!

Same here - I was all set to get their 50% off Sugoi RS bibs a couple of weeks back and then noticed the same sizing restriction.

Ok, just got the Sugoi RS Flex Bib Shorts in from NAshbar and all I can say is they run their sizes on the small side. The bibs are an XXL and I normally wear an XL in the pearl izumi line, but the XXL sugoi's are actually a little smaller than the peral izumi's. They are great and the chamois is really comfortable but not too bulky. I only got a chance to do a quick 5 miler and had zero issues with the chamois or the bibs. They are a little on the "airy" side and really let the air through so i would not recommend them on a winter bike ride. I will try and get some pictures of them posted and a more thorough review after I do a couple 25 milers this weekend.

worth it for sure. I bought the black ones at 50% off for $75 and just got another pair at $45. Thanks for the tip. These are much better than the CSC Decente ones i also got (not that those are bad). The pad is just so nice. rode with the sugois on a 70 miler last weekend and they were a dream.

they are small too like it has been said. i wear XL for everything else, XXL for sugoi. by far the most advanced chamois i have been on extra where you need it very little where you don't

Uh oh, I ordered some Sugoi bibs in a large because I used the size chart. I normally wear a large in PI. Looks like I should call to change sizes if they haven't been shipped yet.

I want to try these bibs and according to the size chart I should take a medium except for my chest which would indicate large. Think I should stick with medium? I usually like my bibs snug anyway.

well, I think nashbar only has these left in XXL and I thing small . After my ride this weekend I will give a full report. I think I might also pick up another pair if they work out this weekend for my. I am really starting to like bibs compared to the normal shorts. Oh and one more thing I am built a little longer in the trunk that most folks and being 6"1" (I ride a 58 but really only because of the TT length and should be on a 54 or 56 max if you go by just my inseam length) but these bibs have a lot of room to stretch out compared to the izumi and performance bibs I have tried on in the past.

The bibs on the nashbar sight show the black model, but i got the black/gray/white model (no issue since i actually have several white and gray jerseys) if that matters to anyone.

ok guys just got back from a 50 miler and the bibs were great!

Padding just where I needed it and not inthe places it didn't need to be.

They kept my rear nice and comfy the entire ride. only had to adjust once at the very begining. They were great at keeping the moisture wicked away and the bib was nice and comfy and stretch when I stretched out and didn't feel like they were binding.

I actually am gonna pick up another pair from nashbar (they only have the XXL left).
