Sunglasses. Inside or Outside helmet strap?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I find it more comfortable outside of the straps.

That is when I remember to wear sunglasses.

I wear real glasses, the kind for the seeing.
They go inside, couldn't have it any other way.

I always wear my shades outside the straps - just a comfort issue.

I wear mine inside, for no other reason than it feels comfortable that way.

Sunglasses go outside.

Real glasses go inside.

That's just the way they fit when I put them on.

Agreed, especially since I'm allergic to bee stings.

Outside.

Not OCP reasons. In case of a crash I want my sunglasses to not get caught in the helmet straps and cause additional injury. I am more attached to my eyes and face than I am to my $150 Oakleys.

Of course one can avoid all of this inside / outside confusion by not wearing a helmet.

Inside. I have wore glasses my entire life. Always inside. Finally got Rx sunglasses this year. They will follow suit.

Safety....have my glasses ever f'd me up in wreck? A cut or two...yes, but those were my normal metal framed glasses.

Tried them outside once just to see what all the hubbub was about. No thank you.

Outside. $20 dollar Performance glasses (with 3 lenses per set!) don't sting as much when they hit the ground.

The other day I got stung by a bee in my neck. I was wearing my sunglasses outside. I dont think that having them inside would make any difference.
