CycleOps PowerTap Front Hub

Hey all- does anyone any experience w/ the PowerTap front hub? It seems pretty light. I'm just wondering if anyone who has it likes it, or if anyone has had any issues with them. Seems promising for my new PT build. Thanks.

I'm getting 0 power reading from my cycleops computer using the front hub PowerTap...

Not very good marketing if the only good thing they can say about it is... "It'll match your rear hub!"

For what it is, doesn't it seem really expensive?

this weighs almost 100g less, and is $50 more.

Haha. But you're problem is you didn't zero the torque.

Seriously though, it's not too expensive as I was looking at the DT 240 and Dura-Ace front hubs, both of which are more expensive and heavier. But I've heard nothing good things about them. The CycleOps, on the other hand, remains a mystery.

It's a great front hub--works nicely, good seals, and low weight. No problems at all with mine.

I've built about a dozen Zipp/PT wheelsets using the PT front hub and I've had zero issues with them..
