crappy service from santini

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

crappy service from santini

santini pride themselves on quality handmade garments, pity it has taken them over 6 months to get these quality garments to us..We ordered some custom team kits in december last year. to date they still have not been received.. 6 months to take delivery is a joke as far as i am concerned..

Anyone else experienced similar delays when ordering new/custom kits?

Did they give any time estimate when the order was placed?

60 Italian days, mate. and that's not including weekends, holidays, religious festivals, national strike days, or election days either.

which works out to about five months.

relax, our team uniforms took about the same time to get made. the shipping is slow too, don't forget.

National strike days are the best...you are in Italy..."Hi, the trains will be going on strike in an hour." Or, "The air traffic controllers will be going on strike in an hour." It's always best when they announce this ahead of time.

Nalini is much the same for our club.

It's Italian, they're in no hurry.
