Many thanks!!!
Thanks to everyone at Lynskey Performance. Everyone I dealt with answered every question I had.
Specifically, David Cash at Lynskey. Over 10 emails were sent back and forth and numerous phone calls. He helped me decide which model to purchase and which size. He never pressured me to make my decision faster and understood my apprehensions about buying a bike I had never ridden.
Jamie Pillsbury at Lynskey. I cannot count the number of proofs Jamie prepared for the design of my bike. Every time I would say, "what about this" he would say, "not a problem." I always felt he believed in my dream as much as I did.
Broadway Bikes in Lubbock. For dealing with all of my questions and putting up with me wanting to build my own bike. I know I would have been riding my bike weeks earlier, but I wanted to run the cables myself.
Thanks to all the forum members who responded to my pm's on why they picked the bike the picked.
Most of all, thanks to my wife. For never telling me I'm crazy.
And finally to the 25 mph head wind on my first ride to remind me "it's not about the bike." It is still about me being able to ride.
(I finally selected a custom painted and etched Lynskey HB 320. Pictures and a ride report to follow.)
