sports legs???

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

If you got a free sample, why not try it? Oh, and it works.

Works for me too...
Less build up in my legs and reduces soreness the next day after a really hard ride...

For me they absolutely do work when taken as directed, meaning take 1 per 50 lbs of body weight 45 min before you ride and the same amount about every 2 to 2 ½ hrs. I always use them on my centuries.

I know several other riders who believe in them as well.

it's the only supplement I take. Helps me with cramps on long rides and lactic build up. Especially on a hard climbing day.
