Your morning routine...
Here's mine:
- Get home from work (I work nights).
- Fill bottles with water/juice/mixte, put in freezer.
- Retrieve cycling clothes from dryer.
- Browse BF till children wake up.
- Prepare milk bottle/cups, turn up cartoons.
- Inspect bike till wife wakes up (tire pressure, thread wear, brakes, etc).
- Strech.
- Retrieve bottles from freezer, place in cages.
- Say hi to wife, go ride.
- Return from ride.
- Wash bottles.
- Put cycling clothes in washer.
- Shower.
- Sleep.
That's for workdays. Weekends may vary.

For my weekend rides I...
wake early
fix breakfast (usually eggs, bagels, and fruit)
check bike, and get necessary gear together.
load bike on car (if riding somewhere other than my house)
after ride, cut the grass if it needs it
shower
see if the wife is feeling frisky (usually not)
fire up the grill
have friends over & drink beer.

Takes my body a while to get rolling in the morning, so I do quite a lot of the following in a half-sleep trance most days:
- wake
- cup of Earl Grey w/milk & sugar
- by this time my lower intestine has arisen so I "go to the library", as it were
- attach HR monitor strap and get bike duds on
- prep bike
- 1 cup Grape Nuts with any combination of: molasses, banana, yogurt, sliced almonds, raisins, skim milk
- pint of water
- 30 min web surfing w/local weather on TV
- kiss wife daughter as they head to work/school/camp
- ride

Wow, you guys have quite the schedule...
I wake up...
All hell breaks lose in the house (wife, kids, breakfast, TV, yelling, crying, finding shoes, book bags, hurry up...)
Next thing I know I am on the bike and all is well in the world...
There is no routine...

No routine. Boy that's the truth! With 2 kids in the house, and it being summer break, there is no break. I'm a stay at home dad, so I get out to ride when my wife is working from home. During summer, I go after the kids eat breakfast.
