Change wheels?

I'm in the process of upgrading my bike from a Specialized Allez to a 08 Roubaix Comp. I changed the wheelset on my Allez to Kysrium Elites and was wondering if I should move those wheels over to the Roubaix.
Not sure how good the Roubaix wheel set is.

Any thoughts ?
