RC brakes?

as you can probably tell from my previous posts, i'm a roadbike newb.

my new bike came with sora components, i replaced the FD with an ultegra, and i love the bike, everything works great except the brakes...

all the calipers say on them is RC kinda forward and backward like RC CR, sort of...

anyway, does anyone know what brand these are?

i am going to grab a set of campy calipers (veloce skeletan), just curious as to what i've got.

I am not sure which brakes you have, but if you get Campy calipers and keep you Shimano levers, you won't have any quick release. Just keep that in mind.

How about telling us what bike you have and/or a picture. The FD is nearly the most useless component you can upgrade on a road bike.

yea, most people say the same about the FD, but the sora is notoriously bad. after several adjustments at the LBS, the FD was still noisy and inconsistant shifting. for under $50 i got the ultegra FD, and the bike runs perfect. well worth the small cost for the improvement in driveline performance.

Anyway, i have a bianchi narone, and i'm just curious what brakes i have on it now?
