Where to buy DT Swiss components for a wheel build?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Where to buy DT Swiss components for a wheel build?

I'd love to do a wheel build (never done one before) with decent components, so I've looking at DT Swiss:

- RR 1.1 black rims (28H and 32H)
- 240s hubs
- revolution black spokes + nipples

Priced it out at wheelbuilder.com and it was $622. Now bicyclewheelwarehouse.com has the same wheelset (except it's 32H, 32H) for $589.95 (http://www.bicyclewheelwarehouse.com...&productId=107) -- seems like an excellent price. So are there cheaper place(s) to get DT Swiss components so I can do the build myself and also save a few $$? Or am I better off just buying the wheelset from bicyclewheelwarehouse (since it's pretty much what I want)? I'm guessing they get their components at a big discount -- bigger than I could ever get.

Thanks.

Excel Sports is $624.74 for the custom DT Swiss wheelset I'm looking for. That includes labour and rim tape. And it doesn't look like you get skewers. Bicycle Wheel Warehouse provides the skewers.
