TT Frame Sizing

Road Cycling It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle. -- Ernest Hemingway

TT Frame Sizing

I've done the fit calculations to see what size frame I would need for a TT build. The calculations I've done say I should use a 56 cm. Unfortunately the frame that I want to build comes in sizes 55 and 57. I'm 5'11" tall, if that helps. Based on past builds others have done, is it better to go smaller or larger on a TT frame. Thanks for the help

Smaller. Most TT fits will get you on at least one size, if not two(in my case) smaller than your road bike.
