Geez I would keel over if I ate that much at one time, and I don't think I would be able to ride for hours.

Too much and too greasy for me. Once I ate 2 small salami sandwiches on a ride and regretted it.

Bikes: One brand-less build-up, and a Connondale Synapse Carbon Ultegra Disc. A nicer bike than I need, but it was a good deal, so... ;-)

Either:
3/4 cup (dry measure) Real Oatmeal (Steel-cut is nice if I can get it) with a handful of waltuts, a touch of brown sugar, and 2tblsp flaxseed, or
What my daughter calls "special" pancakes, made using a basic pancake recipe, with whole-wheat bread flour (more protien than AP flour), walnuts, some oats, and macadamia/cashew nut butter relpacing the oil/butter. One of those will stave off the hungries nicely.
Then either wait about 30 minutes for toilet needs, or plan for a stop about 40 minutes in.

OJ and cookies. Sometimes ice-cream instead.
I prefer to eat high simple carb foods. Cookies and baked treats are my favorite, followed by donuts.

Three or four eggwhite omelets with 1 slice American cheese and a slice of turkey
Sided with either three waffles or four slices of whole wheat toast, lightly buttered
Always downed with OJ
*OR*
Smoothie: 6 or 7 frozen strawberries, 3/4 frozen banana, vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup apple or orange juice, 1/4 cup 2% milk, 1 or 2 scoops of GNC protein, flax seeds and oatmeal.
Either way, I usually get hungry after two or three hours, and this is after riding 15 miles to work (in two sections). I do go hard, though.
