Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Jamis Ventura Size Help

Ok, so I'm looking at ordering an 08' Jamis Ventura Race and am torn between a 56 and 58. Unfortunately I have no reps anywhere near me. I was wondering if people with this bike could share their specs or give me any input. I am 6' with about a 33" riding inseam and size 11 to 12 shoe.
Here are some of the basic specs of the two: or if you're ambitious... https://www.jamisbikes.com/usa/bikes/...turarace.html#

Size BB-TT Standover
56cm 19.6" 30.67"
58cm 20.23" 31.34"

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Oh and I am also getting into triathlons and the possibility of setting this up with more of a tri-bike geometry. With this in mind, should I just assume the 56?
