which three bikes
ok totally a newb, which bike sounds like the best deal 05 CD r1000 with full Ultegra 1500 miles in real nice shape, new 07 Specialized Allez full 105, marvic whls, carbon fork, rear sway, seat post, or new 08 Trek 2.1. They all seem to fit pretty well and are about $1000.00 give or take. Thanks guys

Ahhhh...you edited to 2.1.
I was going to recommend 201 since I think it would be the most fun.
Now joking is over, my suggestion is to list out the spec in details of the three bikes and you may get more responses.
I'm surprised that you fit well on all three (Cannondale, Trek, and Specialized) as I felt Specialized is more compact while Cannondale and Trek felt it had longer top tube.
Cannondale has higher gruppo's (Ultegras) vs Trek/Specialized.
Is the Cannondale also comes with Mavic Ksyrium Elites as it did then?
My vote is Cannondale if it is really in good shape and comes with Elites Wheel and you can trust the seller (make sure there are no surprizes like cracks and such).
If not, second choice is Specialized.
