Celeste Confusion: 928 C2C, HoC, Ducati?
Can any of you Bianchiphiles tell me what the difference between the C2C, HoC, and B4P lines are?
There seems to be a 928 model for each line but they don't look like the same frames. The 928 C2C is swoopy like the Specialized Tarmac, the 928 B4P is straight, and so is the 928 HoC.
What's the deal?

As you have already noticed the difference is in the geometry of the frames.
The C2C or coast to coast line emphasizes comfort over a more race oriented position.
The B4P or Born for Performance has a bit more aggressive geometry.
The Hoc is the race/professional line. Super aggressive geometry and light weigh are key here.
Also the component groups differ.
Hope that helps.

I believe the HoC bikes are their dedicated, pure race bikes, the B4P lineup is their all around race/sport lineup, and the C2C group is their sport/comfort lineup similar to the Specialized Roubaix with longer headtubes and more comfort designed into the frame. Maybe the swoopy/straight stuff has some significance, but somehow I doubt it.

Yes, to my eye the 928 HoC looks a lot like a Giant TCR.
