Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Glad to see this comes through my posts as well as the speed with which I ride my bike.

OP -- what to say? Hill repeats up l'Alpe d'Huez?

I can't wait to hear the response to that one--no doubt something about it being too easy.

OP--Find a new schtick. This one was lame the other times, and it's lame now.

Get a back pack, load it up with 2 25lb plates, find the steepest grade possible in your area and ride it as hard as you can for 2 hours in 90+ degree heat. Tell us how it went.

Wear one of those insulated running suits that make you sweat, and if one of your friends has an angry pit bull that can chase you it will be the best work out ever. If you're fast enough to get away there will be pain, if he catches you there will be pain. Either way you can't lose.

Get on your bike. Warm up for 10 minutes 39x15, 90rpm.

Kick it up to 53x13, 120rpm. Don't stop.

Ever.

If you're truly as strong a rider as you claim, you wouldn't be asking for a training plan on BF. You're obviously trolling, and it's not even mildly entertaining.
