I think you're right. Someone voted that he is "an inspiration to all cyclists." No sentient being (at least not a deranged one) could reach that conclusion. Presumably, a bot that didn't know any better chose that option.

If those threads were books, pcad would get 5-10% from most publishers (we will ignore contributions by others).
