For as great as the spec list is, the De Rosa just doesn't appeal to me. I'm not a fan of the webbing between the ST and seat stays and, maybe it's a function of the frame size, but the front end doesn't look aggressive - HT angle, rake, I dunno what it is, but something. Loud wheelset graphics don't do it for me, either.

I noticed that to. The wheels look disproportionately large for the frame, throwing off the whole look of the front end. Also agree about the decals. When the guy who later built my frame was selling me on a set of Stan's No-Tubes the first thing I said is that I would not buy them unless he could remove the decals.

I own that Enve bar. Lack of support for traditional GPS mount sticks in my craw but it's my own issue and doesn't take away from the beautiful DeRosa. Or does it?
The deep blue is super nice and the black on the rear of the seatpost and seatstays really sets it off.
Upgrading the tires to Vitttoria would put it over the top in terms of both performance and looks.
What saddle is that?

On the other hand, those small diameter spacers under the stem look totally out of place given the chunkiness of the stem. Slammed would look much better in my opinion solely due to cleaning up the lines but I realize fit trumps appearance. A good compromise would be some custom spacers of the appropriate outer diameter.

Its a load of crap. Fulcrum's version of the Bora Ultra wheels come in 55/40mm rather than 50/35mm. The two wheels cost the same yet the Campy's hold value much better. Besides, I prefer the asthetic look of the Boras any day of the week.

Remove the ugly wheel decals, and it’s a pretty hot looking bike. That blue is beautiful.
What do you have going on at the Di2 junction box? Is that the Bluetooth connection thingy?

Pinarello is a hot - which given that I normally dislike sky’s efforts is rare but the photo And the colour ofcomponents swing it for me - not sure about a mix and match De Rosa- beautiful frame but camshag and ****mano just don’t splice.... love it otherwise- beautiful colour scheme and wheels match well.

Most people will hate the red of course, I like it, and that's all that matters......I'l try to take some better pics to really capture the paint in the sun.

Gum walls, mis-matched bottle cages, and bottles. Cross chained. Icky seatpost, oh, and the red is just not doing it for me.
