Let me beat you guys to the punch... computer mount, wheel sensor, uncut steerer, spacers, dirty, unraveling bar tape, and if you look closely you can even see the mount for my frame pump!
I'm sure I missed some stuff, so do your worst.

Even the uncut steerer somehow works for me since the amount of spacers above and below the stem is the same. Of course, for true hotness it would have to be slammed and cut down

White brake cable housing doesn't work for me, and it would look better with black chainrings. Still a very appealing, well proportioned bike in my opinion.

Bumping mine after 1 earlier reply, hoping for some more?
Thanks for the feedback, I agree pretty much completely, nice but not quite hot.
But what advice would you give for fulfilling its potential?

Thanks! New tape is coming. I've rewrapped the bars 3 times in the past month and it keeps unraveling. It's never happened before. A new saddle though, would hurt. I tried countless saddles and that's the most comfortable one I've ever used. It's heavy and expensive but it's not going anywhere.

Nice bike. Reasons people may think it isn't hot: steerer tube needs to be cut, rear mech cable housing is way too long, wheels have a lot of spokes, paint scheme is somewhat generic looking and isn't flattering with the mostly black components, pic is taken too far away at too wide of a focal length. That's nit picking though there are no major WTF's and I think the bike looks good.

Here is my brand new 2012 S-Works Venge
The components were taken from my old tarmac race bike and added to this (thus the old dirty saddle). It's a 54cm with November 58mm clinchers and a Quarq PM. Full Red.
I have yet to ride it outside due to snow on the ground. Just got it Tuesday.
My Old Tarmac added for comparison...
Enjoy!
P.S. that S-Works leaning on the tree is very HOT.

Nope. Stem alone kills it. Frame is cool I guess. Chain looks too long. Nice front brake cable.
Not even close, sorry.
Hot, very nice
Nice bike. Bottom of the drops are at a wonky angle, saddle matches but doesn't look good IMO, frame pump needs to go, match the stem and seat post ideally. Could be really hot. Worthy of better pictures

I like it. Needs a set of hoops to be hot though. And shorten the rear derailleur cable housing.

I still love a bike with shiny 7800 components.

2011 Paris with Ultegra 6700 and EC 90 SL wheelset, personally, I think the bike looks fine, but not hot, I don't know what's wrong with it, any suggestions that can make it sizzling hot?

Throw the stick!!!!
There is no saddle to bar drop, that takes away some hotness. The wheels are kind of blah and I'm not a fan of the red cable housings. Also the bars just look kind of "funny". With that said, it is still an awesome bike.

If the reply was for me, I already have super record on my Colnago, I am waiting for the Ui2 upgrade kit, so the crankset has to be there.

there are countless cranksets that would work just fine with ultegra di2 without looking miserable in the process. that said, ultegra di2 derailleurs are ugly too.

Thanks for the comment, I am new to cycling, I had never been on a bike until March this year, I have to have my feet touch the ground, I am always worry I may fall, and the Pinarello size 54 is big, more like 56, that takes away some of the saddle height, but I am learning to get on and get off the bike without sitting in the saddle. The bar is a standard Most bar with integrated stem, I agree with you on the wheels, I may find something else when the budge allows.

The Drive Side is Within
Mismatched black shifter cable and white brake cable housing...?
I can't hang your saddle. A guy's gotta ride what's comfortable.
