Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Here is a picture with the Stem up and Madfiber Logos and the Stem down without logos, it shows how customizable the fit can be. The length of the crank arms can be adjusted by 20mm as well as 10mm on the stem

Very nice. Really shows how nice it is not to have to buy parts depending on the ride. So.. What kind of videos have you shot with that action cam?

I like that those cranks can be compact or standard, plus don't weigh much. I'll pass on that stem however.

That has to be the hottest Look I've ever seen. It doesn't overdo it with the paint and logos, and I love it from a functional standpoint.

I'm really liking that Look. Not crazy about the stem. Just looks bulky. But functionally, it's pretty cool. And those Mad Fiber wheels.. Wow.

I'm sorry, and I hope I'm not the only one, but... Functionally I love it, aesthetically I think it looks terrible. Doesn't Specialized make a similar looking thing? Hate that one too. It's so big and boxy.

Adjustable peripherals on bikes are just like the Sleep Number beds. Once you get your desirable condition you hardly need to make any changes and the adjustable abject looses its charismatic aura. In this case it is a beginner biker feature.

Lance, Eddy, Greg.. They all made adjustments CONSTANTLY depending on their ride. Eddy has predetermined measurements and a very strict routine for fit every single day of the race.
The other thing this does is allow you to kind of go from Endurance cycling to Speed with a very nice Non squeaking adjustment with very little weight penalty when you ad it up. (the bike is still 13 lbs)

You don't even have to go that far back. Basso sported some kind of fancy adjustable-on-the-fly seatpost at the Tour this year.

So he says, so it must be. Why would anyone have to adjust their bike, the concept is ridiculous.......

Makes you wonder why they even make different stems to begin with. Everyone shouls be riding the exact same setup, because someone else says so. Lol.

My 3rd road bike got some new upgrades. The wheels really make it look nice. Maybe not hot compared to the Look (IMO) but for a touring bike, I think I'll look much nicer than most everybody else on the route.
(yes they are clipless hybrid pedals)

A hot touring bike is quite a bit to attempt. Should it be judged by touring bike standards? If so, then the graphics are way too flashy. The rear rack doesn't look level (although the sloping ground make that hard to judge). The saddle looks like it could fall off of the seat post at any moment. I don't like the red bar tape either. Overall though, not bad.
