Didn't want this thread to get any quieter, so I'll offer up my ride on the altar of critique.

I'm calling it a Hot anyway, except not too big on the tires. I need to get some bottle cages like that for my Felt.

Yeah, I know. I just didn't flip it for the photo. There's enough drop like it is, (not sure why, it's a 60cm bike) for my flexibility. Need to hit some more yoga classes first... Or just flip it to shoot it.
Thanks, Patrick!

Thanks, Patrick!

I have been babysitting this '85 Raleigh for a buddy while he contemplates selling it. Fun ride. I've totally overhauled the bike and it runs smooth as silk.
So, here's a retro ride for your tomatoes and/or admiration

Oh wow, somebody's getting a whole garage door for Christmas. I'm thinking that's going to be a bit of a challenge to keep a surprise, however.

It's a tad small for me, but I can still ride it.
It's an interesting mix of components. Ofmega Mistral crank, C-record f&r derailleurs with synchro II shifters, C-Record hubs with Campy Omega Strada rims, and AGC brakes. I went through it and re-built everything, and put jagwire cables, housings and brake pads on it. Smooth bike for sure.

When I was looking int my supersix I was torn between the choice of your color frame and the black and white (Which I ended up getting). The black and white can get old and bland after a while but I just couldn't find myself liking the green and blue. I see what you were trying to do with the color combo's, but I personally ont think it works well. The blue bar tape and cage has to go (respectively IMO of course). I would go with white bar tape if you are going to keep the white saddle. Those aren't rival brake calipers are they? I think black brake calipers would look better. The green "k" series SLK crankset might go nicely with that.
OBVIOUSLY, all and any suggestions on what to buy or replace your items with to make it hot are based on my personal opinions and what your financial ability to spend extra money on your bike. I for one cant go out to buy "Hot" accessories to add to my bike just because someone suggests it.
There has only been 1 supersix in the green and blue combo I have seen that REALLY blows me away...(Yes I know it is a different year supersix with a little bit different design color wise)

I've got most of the bikes in this thread in a dropbox folder that I use as the source for the screen saver on all of my Macs. This one is is going right in there with the rest.
I love the gumwall look, too bad on two rides with the Vittoria tires I flatted three times. Now the Vittoria's are relegated to racing only.

That's not mine. I wish it were though. When I was looking into supersixes I came across this one and kept coming back to it. Still the hottest supersix IMO that I have ever seen. I was only posting it because I was saying that even though this particular SS is Hot, it is one of the only blue and green SS that I have liked at all.
