Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Thanks for posting this. I wanted to see what it looks like. Beautiful!

What's that spaceship building under the pool?

Is that a Soul bike represented by two pixels there in the background? Hot!

Speaking of "beat to death", I fully expect to be beat to death for posting this in "Hot or Not", so do your worst.

I just finished this for my son, he's a "fixie hipster" that I'm trying to bring over to the dark side. Sooooo... is this hot in a "hipster" sort of way?

It is not bad, but it is not hot. You get an A+ for trying to bring him to the right side, though.

^That's a NOT, imo. There's nothing hot to set it apart. It's just too bland, and not bland in a 'cool' way. Also, the chain ring looks like it's a pewter color? And doesn't match anything? Or maybe that's just the light... But again, props for efforting to bring your son along with you.

Now that Tommasini has enough style points and chrome bling to make it hot, although I confess I hate the gum walls. Yuck. With some black tires or even gray and I think it would get a 'hot' from me.

I agree. Maybe a little too tasteful even. An obnoxious neon color for the frame might have some appeal for the target audience.

Black sidewalks on a lugged Tommasini? Forget that noise.

I'm gonna brave the HrN with the new bike. Just finished building it up today. Was originally going to go with black rims, but Velocity was out of black so I went with blue.

I like a bit of color (just not Bella Donna). That blue is very well played.

The blue rims don't bother me. Kinda reminds me of the anodized blue Open Pros came in for a while.

I'd scoot he hoods up a tad, rotate the bars down a very tiny bit, and replace the blue tape with black.

Nice bike.

Definitely would do what he said with the bars & hoods ^^ -

But forget about his black tape suggestion, your bike == HOT!

err, Not. Waaay too much RD cable. Saddle pushed too far forward, otherwise a nice Ti ride.

Sram like a nice sized loop to shift well. That actually looks about right.

Kind of agree on the saddle position, but to be fair the bike was just built.

Yeah Sram loves a big loop. Some cables if they are stiff will not shift properly with a loop smaller than that.

What********************?? The seat is already slammed foward. Why in the world would you then switch to a set back seat post?
