The Cervelo is hot. The only thing I don't like is the white pedals. I think that the levers would look better in black than silver but I would not spend the money to change them. I like that you did not go over board with various red, black and white accessories. I like the wheels are not over the top with graphics. The black cages blend in I like that you avoided red or white. Nice job.
The photo has some "hot or not" setup violations: Gearing, tire/valve stem relationship

here's another shot...lined up the wheels.

That bright red square logo being slightly offset from the valve stem, and not in the same relative position on both wheels, drives me really crazy for some reason. But that's not something you can change, unless it's a stick or vinyl that's easy to peel off. And that's pretty much the most awkward looking gear combo to leave the chain positioned on for a pic, that one you can do something about.

Also, the gears happen to have been like that, and I honestly didn't even think about lining that up. I just made sure to get the crank in the right spot, but I'll adjust the gears next time.

here's my cross bike.

Hot bike, not Hot picture.
Small front ring
pump on top tube
cut that stem
mis matched tires
tires aren't lined up
should have taken bottles out for the picture
should have taken a level picture
should have taken a better picture
should have take picture at more level angle
again, its a hot bike, but picture doesn't do it justice. just because you are out riding, doesn't mean most of the "rules" dont still apply

I see nothing wrong with that Noah Pro. Personally, its one of the best aero framesets to date.

Throw the stick!!!!
Those wheels just take a lot away from that frameset. A frame like that requires a minimum of carbon 50's.
