Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

New bike I got last Saturday, this was before I fully adjusted everything, I leveled the hoods back out to flat after this picture.
It needs different chainrings, those things are awful.

Yes, needs different chainrings, but still friggin' hot (and I'm not usually a fan of C'dale).

That's definitely hot. Personally, I'd be more worried about the seatpost than the chainrings. I also find the red on the stem distracting.

And then there's that massive chunk of ugly below the water bottles. (Hey, if we can call out spacers and angled stems for being ugly, why should Di2 battery packs get a pass?)

The focus seems a bit soft, but maybe that will keep someone from cutting themselves on those tubes.

Something doesn't look quite right about the lacing of the front wheel. I assume that's a visual trick of the picture, but it detract from the aesthetics.

I'm glad I'm not the only one bothered by that. Looks like 1x? You don't see that pattern too often.

Yeah, sorry camera kinda sucks and I noticed it was a bit blurry later and was too lazy to take another, haha. but yes the front wheel is a 16 spoke with 1x so it does look a little confusing from a straight on side view. thanks for the comments guys, and I will say that cannondale is HOT, and will be even better when you get new chainrings

Soft focus? I thought that was reserved for cheesey soft porn photo shoots. We BFers haven't crossed the line and confused bike lust for real lust have we?

There was an unsettling thread about "sexy bartape" recently.

It's headtube and toptube make it's front end disproportionally big.
