Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Been a while since I posted my bike, I changed out the stem and bar with a stealth 3T stem and an 3T Ergonova LTD. a little under 15lbs.

Very nice, Rob.

Rear tire comments are coming since your domestique didn't line up the label and valve

Haha, Yksions Grip Links got sliced, so I put the GPs on the rear.

Yeah, unfortunately you get points knocked off for mismatched tires. You also get dinged for the stand being visible.

I like the picture in spite of the busy background. The shallow depth of field makes it work.

As mentioned above I don't like the beefy head tube area. Bucking the trend, I like the fact that you've got a couple of spacers. It helps mitigate the beefy head tube issue.

I like your bike better than chiefDave's, but frankly I get bored with all the black bikes with deep carbon rims on this thread. I'm going to vote 'not' in spite of the obvious fact that your bike is hot.

Get a straight post, shorter stem, and center the saddle and level out the bars. That'll get a hot from me.
(I'm ignoring the spacer stack)

Great thoughts - I appreciate this. AND it gives me an excuse to shop for a different seat post.

When you posted the photo still did not show up so I went to the link you posted, downloaded the image to my computer. Once I did that I uploaded the photo to photobucket then edited your post to show the photo.

As far as liking it, yes, gets a hot from me.

I think its cool that your high school lets you park your bike in the hallway while you're in class.
