Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Thanks. If I wasn't an idiot and paid attention to the difference between BB30 and PF30 I would be riding it tomorrow.

Those are perfect position, personally I don't like ergos...shallows would be perfect IMHO. Those wheels are one of my favorites, and are built like tanks...it didn't look well on my Venge so I sold mine. This is a perfect example, of a Hot bike is a Hot bike regardless if its finished or not. This one is going to be smokin!!

Personally, I'd actually rotate them up a bit, keep the tops more level, otherwise it makes a bit of a funny angle with the hoods.

Those bars will be ugly at any angle. Sorry.

Sadly, yes. Classic or shallow drops are the only good looking road bars, IMO.

The rest of the bike is certainly hot, though.

Wrong. If you rotate them up any further the drops would be useless in a sprint because your forearms will hit the top bar. As is, it would be close. The hoods can be moved down.

Unless those bars are one of your favorites or you are just set on using them, I'd look into trying a different style. But I understand thats not always a priority or a financial option.

Yeah but this is the Hot r Not thread. Looks trump function. He can rotate it to any angle he wishes after the official presentation of the bike (when it's ready)

Saddle works...red on the stem clashes with the yellow and green. Nice bike though.

Unreal. We both had an SL1, then a TM01 and now I am also building up an electric Parlee frame.

well the saddle is pretty cool, a bit thick to look racy in my opinion. I've thought of buying a black one, but those carbon railed saddles are EXPENSIVE!!! i got this from a forumite for 75.00!!!!

Agreed the red clashes, thought about getting it off, but decided against it. this detail can be fixed with deep carbon wheels!! lol, i just dont have the budget for the newer version from BOYD right now.
