Thanks for all the "hot's". I'm happy with it too.
Yeah, I know.
According to my "perfect bike fit" I need a 61x54 (I'm a long legs/short torso guy) with a 100mm stem and 2cm setback seatpost.
This 60x58 with 0 setback and 80mm stem comes very close. Have tilted the saddle slightly upwards. I'll experiment with putting the saddle further back.
Will also replace the 8° stem with a 17° one, I can use the extra drop and it will look better.

As others have said the fit looks funky. I don't think every modernized older frame "needs" silver parts, but they would help here. The black rims in particular look off.
A quill stem would draw less attention to the shortness, and you might be able to go a centimeter or two longer on the stem with some shorter reach bars.

I definitely recommend switching to a quill if you're going to go -17. It will look way better.

Here's something for you chuckleheads to chew on. Just cleaned it up in case summer comes before fall this year.

And no joking about losing our summer, the thought saddens me. I recall two years ago where we saw 60s and rain until the end of June...I do NOT want that.

Love it.[/QUOTE]
For the Inde Fab olive green bike - I am not a big fan of compact road frames but I can see where this would make for a stiff and responsive ride. I am a Ti owner so I would give this a hot but I am bias... The Zip crank set is kind of cool. The anodized red head set spaces jump out like a red light however. Maybe if your hubs were also red... But other wise, I like this bike And it is very light weight as the OP stated. I do like those wheels but the comment about loosing the Wheelbuilder.com decal would simplify their look. I have never been partial of the HUGE Schwalble name on their tires.

The Torelli is hot even if the speed sensor is in the excited position.
The Merckx is hot and just looks so right.
The Dale... Oh look, another black bike.
