-get rid of those white tires!
-cut that steering tube
-black saddle
-black bartape
-black hoods
There is plenty of color happening in that frame. I would keep everything else simple. I think the reason its not hot for a lot of people because it has too much. Its too busy.
If you really wanted the white bartape and saddle, I'd at least get black hoods. Above all else, go black tires though. Colored tires on bikes remind me of little ricer cars that have colored stripes in the tread of their tires.

don't know if anyone noticed, but that white bar tape is just tennis overgrip. That's about as far as I'll go to make my bike look pretty. I'm not going to spend over $50 to make it look better.

I don't really understand the obsession with the matched saddle and bar tape. I guess until they come out with a red Romin I won't achieve hotness cause the red tape stays. I get tired of seeing white bar tape and black tape. I realize that red tape is nothing cutting edge but on small but noticeable parts like handlebars I prefer to match the highlights on the bike. In this case, red.

I really did want to like this Look, and would even overlook the water bottles, but....more not than hot for me...
extending the frame's white-black scheme to the saddle and bars is a nice theory, but doesn't fare well in execution...match them babies up...
....those wheel decals are in the top 2 % most hideous looking, I don't care how well the wheels roll, I just have to avert my eyes when I see them...
