Getting compliments when riding through Williamsburg doesn't count. The bike is hideous. The color combination is clownish and between the seat being slammed (down *and* forward) and the stem being flipped up, you're likely put in an upright riding position that's counter to the purpose of a road bike so it's a massive 'not' in terms of both aesthetics and functionality.

And I have to LULZ when someone posts a pic, gets criticized, but then can't take the criticism. "but but... other people think it's awesome! Okay FINE guess I'll take the pic down" *stomps away and sulks*

SS. Nondescript black frame, likely steel - think BikesDirect (no judgement - I have a BD steel beater). Yellow rims (Velocity Deep-V or similar) and red tires, hence the Ronald McDonald comments. Seat about an inch away from being completely slammed down in to the frame and set as far forward as the rails would allow. Red, puffy, gel-padded saddle. Stem (not sure if it was a 17° or 6°) flipped upwards, placing the bars at or above the saddle height.
Super Hot.

you're doing it far too much justice.
I would have simply described it as:
