New build- GURU Praemio "R" titanium. Zipp cockpit (bars/stem/post), Record (ergos/frt-rear derails/brakes/cassette), Stronglight Pulsion crank w/Praxis rings (52/36), Reynolds 46s. Apologies for breaking the "no seat-bag/white garage door" rule, my bad. Full build pics here: https://flic.kr/s/aHsjQsPxrM

The GURU wins even while violating the staging rules. Nicely done. The Cinelli would benefit from a different photo angle; very close though

I'd like to see the Guru from some different angles. Plus the derailleur cable is a little long for me and somewhat distracting
Looks like it'll be hot when we see the other angles though

Vintage campy road seatposts are too short for his setup. I know this because one of my bikes has the pictured miche instead. Coincidental, my other bike uses a setback Thomson.

The Guru seems to have been staged perfectly to avoid showing off the stem erection
Still a very nice looking bike.

Agree about the cable. I was so excited to get it finished I neglected to change the cable length, my apology. It will be changed along with the bottle cage. It's a "placeholder" until I find the right titanium cage. I like the Kings but there are others that I'm considering. Plastic will work just fine until I find perfect set of ti.

Ah thanks yes very nice the guru is! Still think the derailleur cable needs to be shorter though ( heck it's not a SRAM derailleur after all

Well...everything is evolving...slowly.
Not shown in this pic is that I recently added some 6800 pedals, but that really makes little difference overall. Either way...its a work in progress.
So..any closer to "hot"?

As seemingly functional as that seatpost claims to be it will probably never get approved in this thread.

Does my CAAD10 w/105 and Ultegra belong here or in the poverty section?

It's not a $10,000 rig, but it gets me by.

I adjusted the saddle and made the RD housing longer, looks better now but rainy outside. The only thing left to want is a power meter, gray Ultegra brakes and a DA RD are on the way.

How is your chain in the big ring on top and small ring on the bottom?
