I didnt install them. I had a mechanic show me how to install them and this is how they said it should be. I dont know how to install cables and I trust them. If they are a little long, so be it.

A HUGE thanks goes out to @primov8 for hooking me up with the alligator ilinks brake and shift cable housing. Really appreciate it Francis!
Upgrades include:
-DA shifter's
-DA Rear Derailleur
-ilink cable housing
-9000 brake and shift cable's
-Installed Veloplugs on the Enve's
-Ultralight tubes
-I have KCNC RD pulleys in transit, should be here by weeks end.
I'm waiting to take it in and weigh it. If my math is correct, I should be around 14lbs on the dot if not under! (I weighed in at 13.1 without chain, cables and housing) I will be swapping out the handlebar tape for lizardskins 1.8 race tape which will save another 15g. I took it around the block and the braking does seem nicer, though if I'm being honest, I miss the feel of the ultegra brake lever. The DA is a bit thinner, but I guess that's where part of the weight savings is.

I'm glad it worked out. Even better those I-links are being put to some good use.

What a beauty! I've always been a big fan of your bike.

It appears you also don't know how to recognize when someone is taking the piss out of you.

But, all joking aside, the really true Weight Weenies use either super glue or soldier to keep their cables from fraying and once they're adjusted, cut them flush with the pinch bolt. Two brakes and two derailleurs worth of cable savings plus the loss of four ferrules must be worth at least 5 grams.

And, yes, I like your bike, but, wish you would have either left the other photos or included one that was closer to a side shot. The head on does a beautiful job of highlighting the ilinks and bar arrangement, but, not the rest of the bike.

Nah, I knew you were just jabbin me man. I was just explaining. If I would have known differently I would have done so. Im still not real confident with working on my bike. After watching her install these, I still dont think I could do it on my own lol.
Ill hopefully get some better full bike shots. Was in a hurry to get my kids but was excited to get some sort of photo.

I think its the shape of the bar nd angle at which he took the photo that is hiding part of the stem. You can see where the stem ends.

Project Black is very hot IMHO. Truth in lending, though, I did used to own one, so am positively biased. It rode pretty well, although I had a BB. creak that kept coming back.

Yeah, this is my first project black, though I'm building up a second one with Sram Red later this week. Very cool bikes indeed. I'll have to check for that BB creak, thanks for the heads up.

So it is

I like vintage stuff with modern bits. It's never easy to make an older bike look as racy as a new one. Ciocc is still hot.
Stock Cannondale not even an attempt to stage it right. Not.
Hot, for a Specialized. Project Black helps.
Interesting, Bianchi10.

What is a project black? Is it code for something or just the name given to any blacked out machine?

Fair enough. I thought it was some kind of interesting history like a bike that was deemed too fast for production by mark cavendish and was put on the back burner but it somehow leaked out of the factory and now a privileged few get to ride this insanely stiff and quick Specialized P-Black Unobtanium edition... Peeeeoooshh (special effect)
