I agree with this. It's definitely a nice, clean looking build, but not a huge hot factor. Definitely a nice contender in budget hot or not, but it just doesn't have the wow factor.

This is a nice bike! Someone many pages ago likened the aesthetics of the sloping top tube bike to a dog taking a dump and I admit that I can't unsee that anymore, so that affects me. But this is a hot large bike. What size is this frame?? The head tube is so tall (and I'm a 6'3" guy so I get it) that it does take away… Sort of like when I buy shoes, the model shoe looks great, then I pull out my size and they look like skis. So I think this bike would look better in a more modest size, but you can't ride that, I get it. Love the bike though!
I think if I'd used bars with a deeper drop it'd look more aggressive, and I may end up doing that down the road. The drops still feel a little high to me when I'm trying to get in an optimized position.
I'm 6'1". I hear you on the shoe sizes too....they look great in size 6 but the 13's look like boats.

Don't steal bikes, bro!

jmX amazing to look at. No doubt a dream to ride.

I just realized this is the midlife crisis thread.
jk. hot bikes, especially the venge. damn.
though I have to say I prefer the classic look on the cervelo. If I ever get a better carbon bike, it'd probably be a cervelo

Valve stems too short, chain ring faux pas for staging purposes, otherwise not unpleasant to look at....

Does my Altamira, fondly known as "Raven", qualify as hot? She's seen a lot of mods, and there's few stock components.

That's my first road bike! I have a fondness for Fuji's, it looks good and all, but I would say not quite hot.

Still an Oval crankset though? Probably works fine...but looks out of place now.

Hot.
Edited: Though, that white line on the top tube makes it look like it has a hard bend when really it isn't. Wish that line wasn't there, but I still dig it.

The Merckx is nicely dolled up, but it's a frame I personally find ugly....

I dunno if it's an optical illusion, but that Merckx looks like it has an extremely slack headtube angle.
