Or maybe an orange crank arms. Or maybe this. I do agree that there's just something not right about that crank.

Just linking ... mine are worse.

I think anytime you do only black and orange, it has a tendency to look Halloween-ish. I like orange but only with other colors. Otherwise, this bike is meh. I don't know, but it's still missing something… ?
As to Speshul's Fuji, the camo bar tape is SO off that it works in a weird way. NO ONE would think you were trying to match anything, that's for sure. But I confess that I do prefer the black and the wheels debadged would improve it further.
To the person questioning all of us who ask for stickers to be removed… For me, it's not about seeing/not seeing the names, but when you have multiple different names screaming at you from the seat post, down tube, top tube AND the wheels, it just gets a little busy / ugly. One tasteful name badge is actually preferable to none, imo.

I'm doing it wrong.

I don't mind this but I would change some things purely for looks. I would go with a large chainring that isn't so solid and the bike needs some pinstriping. I would also think about changing your bartape to a color to compliment the orange. I know this is going to sound weird, but lime green looks pretty good with orange...some shades of blue too.

Yep, the camo was just for fun. It'll have black lizard skins on it the next time it shows up here, of course that might be a year for now or whenever this tape dies. I'm thinking I'm going to try to find the small R logos for the reynolds and just put that at the valve stem and remove the rest.

+1 Hot bike. I dig the camo - I have a soft spot for the splash tape, which works here. More interesting than the black.
My only small nit is the GEOX logo, too much branding - but I get it, it's a team replica, and not much you can do about that.

HOTTT... wish the camo colors more closely matched the paint scheme on the frame but that's a minor quibble. Pretty awesome commuter there.

Personally, it's a bit too plain for me. Agree some bikes are overly busy, but some contrasting color here and there is nice.

I knew the bike wouldn't be a hit for everybody, but that's alright.

Kit doesn't match
Yep, no vinyl for you! And while I am a fan of minimal, I'd like some sort of flourish. As martinus offered, a deeper wheelset with some sort of logo might do it. Usually, those are overdone for my tastes, but that's in part because almost all frames already have a lot going on. Not yours! Kudos there.
So yeah, I am suggesting that you buy a $2,000 set of carbon wheels as a flourish
