Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I'm not a "black bike" fan, but I'll make an exception for this one. The white spokes and outline decal really work well here. Hot!

My loved or hated fuji is now my race day bike, decided to pickup a bike to enjoy for solo and group rides.

wanted to do an all black bike so picked up this frame with intentions on building it up.

had a cosmetic issue with the frame, Cervelo customer service came through and let me switch to the s3. I'm not a big fan of red but the color has grown on me. Never got to build the s2 up had it for 3 days.

s3, da9000, zipp404 sl70aero bar. 15.8lb with garmin and all sensors. Blue 3t stem from their LE bikes and argyle mandibles, a slight nod to the garmin sharp team.

going to get the s3 reprinted at the end of the year in a darker color to replace the red but we will see.

I typically find Giant bikes to be pretty dull looking but this one is very sharp! Hot for sure.

^^ frame looks like someone is just stretching bubblegum between their fingers. nice build, and maybe it's just the camera flash reflecting back, but the frame looks cheap. (I know it's not) But it looks like a barbie play bike.

maybe use the tilt-shift lens?

I'm sure I'd still turn my head if I saw it in person

Appreciate the feedback.

I actually had trouble finding a saddle bag to fit because the EPS battery took up some extra space. I bought the Arundel tubular bag and it was a perfect fit; enough to hold the CO2/pump.

The Arundel tubi bag is one of the smallest saddle bags I've seen; enough room for a pump and (2) 16g refills. I needed a saddle bag where the mounting straps were located more towards the front of the bag since I couldn't install a Lezyne small bag I had.

The Ridley is great but I just think the hot pink is too much for me. I mean I'd have to go out and buy a pink jersey and shorts just to ride the thing
