This I love! This is the absolute nicest crabon fibber I've ever laid eyes on! And to think that you sprung for the FLX-FR-322! Wow, you must have spare cash just lying around everywhere… I do so love your sense of humor, even though most that see your bike will never get it.
Now, I'm not crazy about the bar shape in the drops and it wouldn't hurt to debadge your stem and get black or charcoal shifters, but I vote HOT yes, mainly because of all the awesome logos.

Levers look like they are mounted too low and the bars are rotated up.
Should be placed a bit higher and rotate the bar back down.

Love the "crabon fibber".

I think there's a possibility that your bike is much better but it looks like your photography is getting worse each year… ;-) Sorry, you just can't really see the details in the second photo. Post a better lit photo and we'll be able to judge much better.

Posted before....but I've made some equipment changes, etc.... Was playing around with the new camera software on my phone, so hence the staging, but I think the garage door is just plain worn out...

You are crosschained which is pulling that rear derailleur's arm to the max. It's no biggie, it just looks a little odd. The bike is hot though.
Maybe...

I had my LBS reconfigure my hoods and bars tonight. The mechanic stayed late and did it for a ride home. I feel bad for cyclist that don't have good relations with their LBS.
