Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I'm not one for overtly plastered logos, but this is my favorite PF bike to date. Your selection of the colors on key components really works here, IMO. That frame is also certainly impressive on paper. I'll give a hearty thumbs up in the HOT category!

Parts-bin bike. Had the frame set hanging in the garage for a couple of years, and finally decided to toss it together. Rides nice:

Am I the only one here who hates K Wings? I think they're totally fugly. Had 'em, didn't like the feel either- tops were ok, but the drops were terrible.
No offense, njmtbr.

Thanks! Definitely a good idea, the ones on there now are basically slicks. Selling my old bike in bits on craigslist now, will put that money towards bar tape and tires.

Sounds like a plan. I wouldn't ride on those tires, they look dry-rot. Either way, Old and dirty gum-wall tries on a brand new machine is just not right.
