Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Should I just push my seat fwd to the UCI limit?

Not that I'm doing any UCI tt's, but I am wondering if I should give up having my tt position closer to my road position (resulting in a medium height tt bar position) or just slam the seat to max forward to UCI regs, dump the front end so the bars are at the top tube, and just get used to it. I suppose I will only know if I try it, and I'm game, but was wondering if anyone has done this and with what success. Thanks -

I say try it and if you like it then keep it. Otherwise you'll probably get a lot of posts about going to get properly fitted on the bike by a pro. Albeit true...
