So I'm sitting at my LCS (local coffee shop) after my ride...

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

So I'm sitting at my LCS (local coffee shop) after my ride...

...and one of my friends from high school walks in with his g/f (total 10), haven't seen him since about 2004. I'm in my full kit, he's totally buzzed from this surf festival at the beach...it was incredibly awkard and totally rad. One of my riding buddies actually convinced him that I was lying about not being on a team and I had just returned from the TDF...he believed it.

I love awkard lycra buldge stares.

The correct spelling is: "bulge".

No but really, that is funny. Really funny tbh.

I've never been great with spelling but spell check has made me worse. My Power Book has spell check in the browser, and this computer doesn't and I've been noticing so many spelling errors. I have to assume that all the auto correcting has made me soft on remember spellings, pretty pathetic.

photonick I guess with all the time you spent training for the TDF you don't have time to hit the spell checker button in the upper right corner of the "message box"

Some of my non-riding friends have seen me in the tight suit. They are convinced I'm going to race in the TDF. They also think I eat "Lance Oats" every morning. What in hells name are "Lance Oats?"

Somone actually yelled "GO LANCE" at me today, I almost threw a water bottle at their SUV. If they had said "GO SASTRE" I would have just flipped them off.

I would have said something along those lines when my friends made the joke. He would have had no idea what I was talking about. The chuckle on the inside was enough for me I suppose.

One word, Firefox.

Spell checks on both Mac and PC, and I would guess Linux.
