Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I wish I said that

This forum does a great job of answering every question that
ever existed about cycling. Beyond that,
I enjoy the quick wit of some of the participants.
These are some of the people that make me say,
" I wish I said that".

chipcom
This guy is the Mark Cavendish of quick wit. Give him a little
opening, and he'll finish the job. O.K., so he's the John Holmes
of quick wit, whichever. For a bicycle forum chipcom
gets in some pretty good lines. Any edgier and he might
have to move on to a butterfly or dandelion forum.
People say chipcom talks to himself.
I say it's because very few others can keep up.
Others say it's because a section of his brain was
removed as a prerequisite to his wearing that blonde wig.
To chipcom the rest of the world seems like it's in slow motion.
Unfortunately, on his bike, that phenomenon is inverted.

botto
When he's not busy pulling the wings off of flys, botto can
put together a pretty witty post. Initially I thought this guy
was evil, I thought he was Hitler but without the
personality. I saw botto use just one word to crush the confidence
of a virgin poster and make her wish that she never removed
her chasity belt. Now I understand that botto does the dirty
work for this forum . He doesn't let people get away with things.
Not only would botto tell the Emperor that he has no clothes,
he would tell him that he has a small dong as well.

Banana Tugger
B.T. is quick witted in kind of a school clown sort of way.
If this weren't an online forum, I think B.T. would make
a lot of us laugh by just farting. Unless Banana Tugger is a job
description at a plantation, I can assume B.T. has a flair
for the risque. Because of this, when B.T. gets a thought,
he must edit it for presentation, wash his hands, and still
get in the quick post. I like B.T. because I picture him
always smiling. Farting then smiling.

I'm not familiar with everyone on this forum.
Who else should I be paying attention to?

You should change your name from "LawnChair" to "Marty." Then we'll get Chipcom to change his to "Rome" and we'll be all set.

Incorrect. botto is not the "dong" comment type.

You should try and develop a personality of your own young man. This voyeur stuff is a little creepy.

Notable members from the past and/or present:
Blonduathlongrl, who I think is still here, just in other subforums.
R600DuraAce, read the gospel and weep. Enjoy the photoshops. All of the inside jokes will make sense after this.
55/Rad, just because of that Pinnarello.
Cypress, and the post with his girlfriend sending a message to RyanF.

As for Botto and dongs, don't you remember Bongo? You disappointed him.

This is about as close to a BF fluffer post as I've ever seen. Makes it rather fitting that Banana Tugger was mentioned.

For some reason I looked at the OP's avatar quickly and thought this was Pcad posting. I assumed I didn't get the inside joke of the second post. Now I'm surprised he's not on the list. Perhaps it's just a carrot Lawnchair put out to lure Pcad.
