Flite Ti saddle replacement..
My five to 10 year old Flite Ti saddles, with the leather worn through, were comfortable...but not as much as my Turbo saddles from even longer ago. I planned to buy a uber light Flite SLR and give that a try, for about $130 mail order.
Visited a Trek LBS on Sunday and they had some Bontrager inForm RL saddles on sale for $70. As a general rule, I'm not big on Trek bikes and stuff...

The hype is that they measure your "butt bone" spacing, and the saddles come in mini, medium, and WIDE-BODY widths. I was shocked, but the saddle is much more comfortable and about the same weight. Overall length is about 1.5 cm less, and I had to raise the seatpost about 4 mm, but it was

I've been very happy with my Inform saddle. Good fit, cheap, and relatively light.
