New Mavic pedals

As if we didn't need yet another cleat formfactor... Mavic has released its first road pedal in years, the Race SL Ti. 110 grams for the set. Link.

They don't show the cleats but I bet they are just like Shimano's.
Definitely made for lightweigts with the Ti axles.

Anyone riding these? I'm curious about opinions. They seem like a mix between SPD SLs and Speedplays (in that the float is supposedly 'free', but you can dial down the tension as hard as a rock).
