Someone recomend me a trainer!

hey guys, just started riding this spring and wanna stay in shape over the cold winter months (in new england). my apartment is just the right size for a trainer, so im looking for something thats going to give me a decent work out when i come home late from work

i got about $200-300 for a budget for something thats going to work and last the winter, any suggestions on which one to get and where to buy it?

Trainers sucks ass. And they all generate enough noise to annoy your neighbors. I'd recommend you save you money...
