Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Okay, so I've been thinking of ordering one of their frameset specials, but CC has yet to respond to any of my emails. Has anyone else had similar problematic experiences with their customer service department? Or is it just something that I find myself experiencing?

I've always found them to be good with customer service. Quick shipping, too (but I live close).

Give them a call directly. They're usually very good by e-mail too, but I'm guessing with the demo sales their inbox might be full. Just call--they're a fantastic shop. I bought my Cervelo from them and was very happy with the whole experience, their service, and the quality of their build.

I've never had to speak with their customer service. But I've ordered stuff with them with no problems. They always bill me correctly...the always send the right item in pristine condition...and they always send it promptly. I like them.

Did you attempt to contact them through email or via phone? I think I've sent two emails in the past three days, and have yet to receive a reply for either. Ugh.

EDIT:
thanks DrPete, I may just have to give them a call. It seems that, overall, they provide good service so I guess that's the best idea.

+1. Haven't ordered a bike through them but I know when I called, they picked up and were great in answering my Q's. I did email them a few questions twice and a guy named Brett got back to me within hours both times.

I have also had only good experiences with them, but have generally dealt with them by phone. As others have said, try calling...

Also keep in mind that it's Interbike. A lot of the management is probably in Vegas.

I have both ordered and spoken to them over the phone. Once when on vacation, I needed a part overnight, they sent it at no additional charge. Great shop, but yeah can be pricey...but look for the end of season sales.
I would agree with MadeInItaly, A+ all around, except prices.
And you know, they are not afraid to give a less than favorable description to a product, even though they carry it.

Give them a call tomorrow AM.

I found their customer service and email response to be better than their pricing.

They actually give a personal opinion similar to those found on Road Bike Review's not-pro reviews, just with more of a professional tone.

They have great service but the price is steep. Try R&A cycles as they have better prices and also good service as well.

I wrestled with the pricing when I bought my P2C, but honestly there are no shops around here that keep those kinds of bikes in stock and really know them inside and out. So yeah, it's a bit more expensive, but if you're in the market for a fancy bike I think it's money well spent.

Great website. Awesome service. Unlike some other online shops, they actually have things listed on the site in stock, which is a plus.
