Help me find a decent TT frame for low $$

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Help me find a decent TT frame for low $$

I figure I have waded through enough of these "did I get a good deal" or "help me choose a bike" threads to finally allow me to post one.

What: I am looking for a TT frame and fork combo deal. Preferably around $400 or less. Obviously Aluminum frame, but would love to have a carbon fork.

Why: I will have done 4 time trials this season that have required changing my road setup completely over - cockpit, saddle, shifters, brakes, etc. Each time it has taken only 1.5 hours to change it over and then about 1 hour to change it back, but you never get everything back exactly right and then you spend the next ride tweaking everything.

Also it seems I cna never get a decent TT position tweaked out because I never get a chance to ride it other than a quick ride the day before an event.

I have components and wheels coming out my rump for the most part. i would only be interested in a complete TT bike if it were a great deal or if it was super cheap and I was able to strip it and sell everything else but the frame.

I had the Aero TT and loved it. No complaints at all.

(has several sizes avail)

(non compact frame and also in several sizes)

I didn't know what size frame you're looking for but I found these on fleabay.

Leader has some cheap TT frames... i believe their cheapest one, which takes regular road parts is something like $140
