Contract for used bike?
I am buying a specialized tarmac this sunday through craigslist. I was just wondering what everyones opinion on drafting contracts was. If anyone has, what type of language/clauses did you put in?

Sure... If you're the one selling! It'd be called a bill of sale and it'd have some type of verbiage about you buying (1) Specialized Tarmac AS-IS!!!

As a buyer, you don't really have the privilege to create a contract. That's the seller's responsibility.
Basically, on Craigslist, you're always playing with fire.

What? If I were the seller, I'd never agree to that. More effort than it's worth.
