Nimble. Wheel maker's facility burns down!!

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Nimble. Wheel maker's facility burns down!!

I guess this is now a month old, but I never heard of it until now. Did not see anything here either. I called them today to ask a question about my wheel set I bought from them, and they told me they are out of stock on everything due to the fire. It is in their website. Check it out.

Nimble's website

I feel pretty bad for them. They have been more than very attentive to me. Good customer service and service altogether. So long as you call rather than emailing! I hope they get back on their feet soon.

Wow, that's terrible. As if it weren't hard enough to stay afloat in the cycling business.

It's a shame, the Crosswind is an amazing wheel; better than the HED3, IMO. EDR has one too, I believe.

I've used both in seperate conditions, and I like the Nimble better. Again, IMO.

That makes 3 cycling businesses that I know. First it was Branford, then BikeTiresDirect, now them. Good luck to them.
